Tatiana Grindenko

Tatiana Grindenko completed her studies at Moscow Conservatoire and has won several international competitions. In 1982 she founded the Moscow Academy of Ancient Music, the first baroque ensemble in Eastern Europe. In 1999 she formed “Opus Posth.” Ensemble which collaborates with leading video-art designers and poets in multimedia projects and performs contemporary music by Martynov, Pärt, Glass, Xenakis, Knaifel, Gerber, Dresher and Adams.
Composers have dedicated works to her, including Nono, Pärt, Schnittke, Martynov, Silvestrov.
