ANDRIS VEISMANIS is the conductor of the Latvian National Opera and Ballet, Associate Professor of the Latvian Academy of Music, as well as the artistic director of the Riga Chamber Choir Ave Sol and the Vidzeme Chamber Orchestra. Until 2019, he was an advisor to the chairman of the board of Latvian National Opera and Ballet in artistic matters.
