In March 2020 we departed on a concert tour with our artist in residence, pianist Lucas Debargue. For our concert tour we prepared a program with the music by Krzysztof Penderecki, Milosz Magin and Mieczyslaw Weinberg.

We have discovered the music of Milosz Magin thanks to Lucas and his effort to bring the music of Magin to the concert halls around the world. We have recorded a CD dedicated to the music of Magin together. The piano concerto that we took on tour was also recorded on that CD.

Mieczyslaw Weinberg's Piano Quintet, arranged for string orchestra, timpany and piano by Andrei Pushkarev and Gidon Kremer is another piece that we recorded in an effort to popularise the music of a composer who was unfairly forgotten. We are always looking forward to performing this masterpiece!

During our trip we performed in Latvian cities Ventspils and Jurmala and Lithuanian city Klaipeda. Also we performed in Moscow and Minsk. After performing in Moscow we travelled to Istanbul, but we didn't have a chance to perform a concert there. Due to the pandemic all the concert halls were closing and our concerts in Istanbul and Baku have been postponed. 

We are looking forward to more concerts with an inspiring musician Lucas Debargue.
